Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2025 · Last Updated: February 20, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the RAM Tree Service website (ramtreeservicellc.info) or placing a call to our telephone connection line at (321) 677-9055, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of this site and our telephone services immediately.
2. Service Model and Platform Operations
RAM Tree Service coordinates tree care and removal services across Fort Worth and surrounding North Texas communities.
When you call our telephone line, you are connected with local tree care professionals who operate in your area. Responding tree care crews provide on-site inspections, written estimates, and perform tree services according to your agreed scope of work.
3. Consumer Verification Responsibilities
Because tree care involves dangerous operations including chainsaws, aerial climbing, and heavy rigging over structures, property owners must exercise appropriate consumer due diligence before hiring any responding contractor. You are solely responsible for:
- Requesting and verifying a current Certificate of General Liability Insurance naming you as certificate holder.
- Verifying appropriate workers' compensation coverage for aerial climbers and ground crew.
- Reviewing and agreeing upon written scopes of work, pricing, payment schedules, and wood debris disposal terms.
- Confirming compliance with any municipal tree removal permit requirements (such as City of Fort Worth Urban Forestry permits or Southlake Ordinance 585-E).
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall RAM Tree Service, its operators, directors, affiliates, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Any tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, or land clearing work performed by an independent responding contractor.
- Any property damage, personal injury, structural impact, or utility disruption caused during tree operations.
- Contractual disputes, warranty claims, delays, or pricing disagreements between you and any responding contractor.
- Inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in informational articles, price benchmarks, or municipal code summaries published on this website.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or telephone referral services following any modifications constitutes your formal acceptance of the revised terms.
